“Midtown Rhythm” was the theme of our branding and marketing campaign for a luxury rental development in the heart of Midtown West. We captured the beat of the neighborhood’s restaurants & nightlife, appealing to an informed, stylish, sophisticated renter. At 27 stories tall, with 206 rental units, the Townsend offers more floor plan choices than any building of its size.
