We started working on the rebranding of the world’s most famous office building in 2007. A strategic marketing campaign complemented the major capital reinvestment in the property and has resulted in a significant increase in leasing activity, including major leases with high-profile tenants: LinkedIn, Coty, Shutterstock, and Skanska. Our latest creative is designed to show off cutting edge build-outs and on-site amenities while maintaining the integrity of the ESRT brand. The extensive campaign refresh turned industry heads with original photography, renderings, and an updated logo. The aggressive print campaign, comprised of full page ads—often running two at a time—supported by digital efforts, introduced a new kind of ESB and enhanced its appeal to a new generation of office tenants.
